Help I’m derailed

Hi Guys

 Still not on track and although I have gd days still have off days

With school holidays here I have the  4 grandkids each day while their parents work Our germany girl goes back on Tuesday so am hoping things will improve. havent lost anything in last 2 weeks but have managed to pull some of what I put on a couple of weeks ago

Have been reading bloggs and u guys are awesome and big thanks to the ones commenting to me

I know I need to get back on track and every day I’m not is wasted so hoping for a loss this week

    Hi Linda,
    It’s good that at least you’re having some good days, so it’s not all lost. It takes effort to really re-focus and remember how you felt when you joined the challenge, really get into that feeling again, cause it only works if we have that focus and follow the plan. Hope it clicks for you again! I had to do it myself after a few days off for Easter (or shall I say ‘nights’ off, as I was eating well most of the day), but what’s makes it easier is that I feel so much better eating right! Now I’m off to Taupo for a wedding over the weekend, so spent today cooking meals to take with me… Have a great weekend!

    Hey Linda, glad you are managing to pull some of the weight gains off. Can you manage to get out and walk around the block with the kids? Have you recovered enough yet?

    Hi Linda yea its not easy but a least you are having some good days just remember why you are doing this and how good it feels when you have a loss too keep on trying i am sure you can do it

    Hi Linda, hope you’re doing better with your leg… Nice to hear you managed to loose 1kg this week, that’s great!! Bit by bit, keep eating right, as you’ll keep on losing weight even if you can’t exercise that much. Take care,

    Hey Linda
    I totally get the work stress and how all consuming it is .. I have had a similar few weeks to you in that regard! sometimes it is not nice to be “in the know” is it..
    So here is what I reckon.. life deals some hard blows, and we can either be thrown around by them, and let them direct our lives, or we can choose to stand strong. For me – that is what the challenge is all about.. life may not get any easier, but i don;t want to be a victim of my circumstances any more.. and I know you don’t either or you wouldn’t be here!!
    Keep up the good work!! We can do this!!
