a loss is a loss

Hey guys Had a reasonable week and lost 800gms so happy with that considering it was mothers day Sunday
The kids and I made breakfast for their mum’s at my house Then My kids made lunch for us all Then my sisters and their kids all had pot luck tea But I was pretty good and kept mostly on track
Some people have decided I need to stop now as I have lost 11.8kgs todate and “I am taking it too far ” How come only fat people seem to say people are too skinny and to make it worst they made plans to diet as well but lasted less than a day
Well goal weight so in sight now and I have no intention of suffering this much pain or beating myself up, just to go back to having to go out feeling like a fat porker or going back to that depressed sad old bag that use to live in my skin.
Jealously must be a sad thing to have .
My family love seeing how much happier the new me is and that makes up for the best knockers life has to send my way
As you can see I am in the best frame of mind I have been in for a very long time
and well and truely back on track, Thanks to all you guys who dragged me through my bad days
Love you all xx

Hi Linda, what a great entry! sounds like you had a wonderful Mother’s Day all round, and losing almost a kilo is fantastic. It’s actually funny how people make such comments and ‘decisions’ for us in terms of making sure we don’t lose any more weight… and like you say, it’s the large people who say that, or the thinner ones that want to make sure you don’t get thinner than they are. I just take it as a compliment. I mean, I’m 5’2”, I’m still (not for long!) in the 80s and some people are already saying I should stop. Hello-ooo!
I’m so glad to hear you’re in such a good place now, and hold on to it – and remember if it ever changes, that it’ll change back to good again!! Thanks for your comments, they mean a lot to me. Have a great week! Love, Desi
