First and foremost today must say My thoughts are with Tracey and her family “All the best Girl “
Welllllll my best shopping day in years was just so full of laughter and I must add I had a couple of tears
Had planned to go dancing with CHCh girls but by 3.30pm decided I wouldn’t risk snow on pass but I will get to one meeting with you guys Hope you all had fun
Anyway my daughter in law (Tash) had day off to take me shopping to have as she said “cloths that make you look as good as you are “
We started with jeans My last pair brought about 2-3 yrs ago where 18′s so I got 16′s my god way too big next came the 14′s Shit OMG too big
then comes 12′s WOW I brought these ones even though I could maybe have gone lower but the roll of skin that is now hanging from my belly showed so stayed with 12′s MY god can you believe that 12 12 12 12 I have to keep saying it cause I still cant believe it. I have to say Tash was amazing
she cryed before me and told everyone in the shop, so they all gathered to dress me. I felt like the Queen getting dressed by the ladies in waiting.
I was very good though and only brought one outfit (My track pants swim on me but I just tightin the string and Tops swim on me but boy I feel the cold now so have a couple of Layers underneath.) as I still have more to lose. My top is a medium instead of 2xL and my boots are now 7 instead of 8′s
I got home and stood for a while in the mirror BOY I LOOK GOOD Even hubby was impressed He said he relized I’d lost alot but now he had the girl back he married except for the wrinkles Well I guess a compliment is a compliment so I took it with the cuddle offered. LOL BLOODY MEN ah
I am having a slack week this week so will be happy if I stay the same with out a gain this week but I still have the weekend and know the kids will have plan’s to get me movin again I am just so enjoying the new me right now and although I would be happy to stay here compared to where I was I am heading for goal Can you just imagie how good I will look then 35 ( vain me )instead of in my 50′s Have also had my hair cut. Quite short for me and what a difference

Shopping is GREAT FUN ain’t it! And even new boots! Wow. I’d've loved to see you having to get smaller and smaller jeans!

Hi Linda, it’s so good to read all about your shopping day, I could just feel what you were feeling, and how nice that your daughter-in-law enjoys doing this with you! Wow, size 12 jeans… amazing! Funny about your husband, but hey, I’m sure he’s collected his own wrinkles over the years, eh? Enjoy the new you, and keep up the good work, imagine how it’ll feel getting to goal
