Hi Guys
Sorry I been a while writing this time
Been a busy week
Tracey, Tash and the kids have moved in
My house is in total chaos. But kind of fun having them
See if I still saying that by the time they leave (LOL)

I have a very small 2 bedroom house and 4 extra is proving a challenge just fitting them and their Gear in.

Having lots of mind fights with myself as now have snack food in the house with the kids here
but still ok at moment. Trying to find what they like that I don’t

Paul my 32 yr old son is now starting to get into walking and food with me
He has seen the difference in me so it has inspired him
Hubby toally off now He had lost 7kgs But his sweet tooth has beat him
I can’t controll what he buys away from home so am not fighting with him over it
But he eats what I do or he can get his own
I am a bit upset with him but hey it’s his choice I cant do it all 4 him

My foot is real good now but my knee still not 100%
am walkin 1/2 hr a day and loving it
You can be sure I wont be walking for miles like I started off
The price I have had to pay for that was way to high

Not quite a kg loss this week (800gms) but as I always think a loss is a loss
So I am real happy with the way things are going
Lookin forward to tonites call

    HI.

    It is always a challenge with kids in the house. My husband was insistant on buying our 5 year ols snack bars, chips etc for school lunches but I would end up eating them before she even saw them. Now she has healthy food or none and there has not been a protest. She now thinks a carrot and appple juice is a treat. Ha ha!!!
    Well done on another weight loss for the week. SUPER job!!!
    Its a shame about your husband but he may come around again. Its his journey and you have your own. Its the one trip you’ll take separately.

    Wahoo another good loss! you are doing it Baby! Great you are still managing to get moving even though your knee is still dicky! Hope you can keep sane too! I’m trying to make myself think of eating the kid’s food as STEALING!! STEALING it off them! It makes a BIG difference. But if you can change your thinking to look at the food you are eating as healthy and what you are doing as healthy you’ll realise that what they are eating is not healthy and you don’t weant to stuff up the hard slog you’ve done! Then you’ll start getting healthy stuff for them too! lol

    Hi Linda, 800gr is a great loss!! It’s great when other family members get inspired and benefit also from what we’re doing, but it’s good to remember that it’s up to them, and we shouldn’t get upset if they’re not doing what we think they should be doing… it wasn’t that long ago that was us, not doing what other people thought we should be doing! I feel it’s important for me to keep going, and lead by example this time… without making noise :) Have a great week! Love, Desi
