Hey Guys
OMG It is 6 weeks since I wrote a blog and thanks to all you guys who came looking for me I did get yr messages
I did go missing in action for a while but thought I better get back so that all would be forgiven before I arrive at the retreat
Boy I can’t wait I soooooo need some me time
I have pretty much managed to stay on track I have lost about 17kgs now and only have 3 to go for goal
Pretty sure that monster Ray Kelly will torture that out of me on Retreat LOL
Met up with Phyllis Gaza and Cindy in grey on Friday nite
First time I have seen Phyllis and Gaza since the retreat
It felt so good giving them the old model twirl
I know they say we do it for our self’s but I will forever be in debt to Phyllis Damian and Ray for without their concept I know I would have just gone on more and more diets and just gone up down up for the rest of my life which I am sure would have been sooner rather than later. Now I reckon I got at least another 100 yrs as only the good die young and this old girl has a lot of bad behind her and plans to have a hell of a lot more ahead now I have the energy.
But most of all I hope you guys know that without each and everyone of you I wouldn’t have come this far. I have read yr bloggs even in the times I haven’t wrote mine and have learnt something or been encouraged by at least one of you at the times when I have most needed it and our Tuesday calls have built me up everyweek and encouraged me to go on. I have had so many changes in this last 112 days Not just in size and body but in mind as well and I really love the great me that was buried alive in fat for way to many years But watch out world I’m now back!!!!!
Desi I was sad to hear you won’t be on the retreat was really looking forward to meeting you
To all the returnees can’t wait to see you all again and to the new guys really looking forward to meeting you all

Hi Linda Sadly I am leaving the 112 Day Challenge this time but would really like to keep in touch. Can you please send me your email so I get in contact. thanks Debbie (twin sister..yea the bossy one lol)
